Refund Policy
All Raquel Garcia Design jewelry items are final sale and not eligible for refund after purchase. Our exchange and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the original packaging. Customized jewelry is exempt from being returned or exchanged. Please reach out to complete a return or exchange, 

Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return for store credit or exchange. Once you are approved, you will receive an online gift card with your store credit via email. This credit is only valid for purchases on the website.
Please be aware that some of our custom-made pieces may take anywhere from three weeks to six months to produce. In order to ensure that our high quality standards are met throughout the whole customization process, we unfortunately can only give a rough timeline for delivery at the beginning of the project. Once the final design for a piece has been approved, the order is binding and not eligible for cancelation, return, exchange, or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
